We are a small clinic and space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us. 

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any consent forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control so we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation.

Booking

When booking your facial treatment, you will be asked to send a deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit.  If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments. 

If you do not show up for your appointment you will lose your deposit.

Upon completion of your service, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of              e-transfer or cash. 

Cancellation

Your appointments and time are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. We fully understand that unexpected things may arise and making it to your appointment is sometimes outside your control. If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask to do so 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We do ask for deposits before booking your appointment , and if cancellations or re-scheduling are not done more than 24 hours before, you will lose your deposit.
